I am on day 5 of a 10 day cleanse and 24 day challenge. I am down 10 pounds and am feeling great! I need to exercise though to keep up with the weight loss. It is interesting to realize how horribly I eat! It is also very difficult to eat the way I am supposed to, to be healthy. Maybe this will be good for me to keep up with in the future. I want to be healthy and an old mom for my kids and grand kids in the future!
