Nice Weekend

It was one of those weekends that you just want to enjoy over and over again. Friday night we had our good friends Rita and Darren over for dinner and a fire in our fire bowl. We ended up burning half of our tree trimming pile. That was very nice. Saturday Jesse, Aiden and I were going to go to the pumpkin patch but it ended up raining all day long. It was a bit disappointing as we were hoping to get that part of our holiday decorating completed. Maybe next weekend. Sunday was just a nice relaxing ending with a dinner with friends and family. I also got a new bread maker! I am so excited because it makes a loaf of bread in 59 yes 59 minutes! The loaf from tonight turned out really well! I am hoping to start learning how to knit in the next week. Should be interesting.

Long day at the office

Today was a long day of inservice. Although the presenter was quite good, I was not feeling great and a bit sad. My friend Betty and her family are going to be moving to Florida. It makes me sad as she is such a cool person and someone I always know I can count on if I need a shoulder. Betty and her family will be missed. Our district is going to be losing a great teacher in Betty. She really taught me a lot about teaching and how to be in a relationship when things aren't always roses.

New Fun Stuff

I am so excited because this is my first blog! I almost feel a part of this century. My good friend Jonnita came up with the title of my blog. I thought it was pretty creative. This last friday was my husband and my 6th anniversary. It is hard to believe we've been married that long. We have been through a lot in our short marriage but we always come through it because of the strength that we have together. He is a pretty cool guy. I guess that is it for now. Good Night.
